How can I track my order?

Upon placing an order, you will receive both an order confirmation email and a shipment notification email containing your tracking information.

ARE THERE ADDITIONAL FEES I CAN EXPECT TO PAY FOR MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER?

You will be responsible for any additional duties and taxes applicable to orders shipped outside of the United States. (Domestic orders consist of the product cost and applicable sales tax only.)

WITH WHAT SHIPPING SERVICE WILL MY ORDER BE SENT?

We make use of multiple shipping services. Our primary partners are DHL and USPS.

What is your return / exchange policy?

We strive to provide an elevated experience – from start to finish – for every member of the Taylrd community. We strive for excellence with every Taylrd purchase, but sometimes, something just isn’t your vibe, and we get it.

We gladly accept returns for unworn items in their original condition, including all original tags, within 30 days of purchase.

It’s hassle-free.

If you decide to return an item, there is a restocking fee of $5. Once we receive the item(s), we’ll issue you a full refund for the original amount of purchase, and if you’re exchanging, a member of our team will happily get a new order going for you.

*IMPORTANT

To be eligible for a return or exchange, an item must be in its original condition with all tags still attached. The standard window for all returns and exchanges is 30 days from the date the original order was delivered. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if an item does not meet these terms.

CAN I BE NOTIFIED ABOUT AN ITEM THAT’S OUT OF STOCK?

Absolutely! Under every product page there is an option to be updated when we have a restock. Simply select the text "Not in Stock? Get An Update" and provide the item you would like and your email address. We will email you when the item is available again.

SHOULD I DRY CLEAN MY TAYLRD PANTS?

For most of our products made from cotton, it is safe to wash with like colors in cold water and tumble dry on low (or air dry). You will find additional washing instructions on the label of each and every Taylrd style.

WHERE ARE TAYLRD PRODUCTS MADE?

We currently work with manufacturers in the USA, Sri Lanka, Mexico and China.
