How can I track my order?
After your order has been placed, you will first receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipment notification email with tracking information. To check the delivery status of your order, use the tracking number provided in the email. Do you ship to my country?
Besides the US, we ship currently to the following countries:

Will I have to pay any duties or taxes on top of my order?
The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/ebuyer. The consignee authorizes the (TAYLRD LLC.) to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that (TAYLRD LLC.) may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods.
What size should I purchase?

What is the best way to talk to somebody at TAYLRD?

Who is your shipping partner?
We make use of multiple shipping partners. Our shipping service is through DHL/USPS. In addition to our website, you can track your package on the carrier's website. See question 2 for any tracking related questions.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the U.S. only and 35 Additional Countries Via DHL.
What is your return policy?
You may return unworn, unwashed and unaltered items purchased from TAYLRD for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of the date of purchase, or for store credit after 30 days and up to 60 days from the date of purchase. For full details, please refer to our returns tab which can be found in the footer of any page.
How do I return items I don’t want?
We strive to provide a seamless returns process. We have a returns portal that walks you through the simple steps to start a return. Simply click the icon in the bottom left hand corner of the page that says "Free Returns". You will be asked to enter the e-mail address you used to place the order. From there, follow the directions to print your pre-paid return label.
Why isn’t my promo code working?
General: Our system requires you to be logged in to checkout. For any promotion you're trying to apply but are getting an error for, double check that you're logged in. If you're not logged in when applying it, it won't recognize the code . Promotions with rules: This can be a variety of things, but reasons range from needing to hit a certain order total for the discount to apply, or only certain items being eligible for the deal. If the code is not working, double check what the rules are make sure items in your shopping cart meet that. Using two codes: Sadly that won't work, since only one code can be used per order. It may not be giving you an error, but it will remove one of the two codes. We recommend using the promotion with the best discount -- but you already know that! If you're still having issues, contact our support email@example.com, letting us know the promotional code and we'll be there to help.
How do I unlock my account if it has been locked?
We lock your account after a number of unsuccessful login attempts in order to protect you from someone else trying to log in as you! If your account has been locked due to too many failed password attempts, please click on the "Forgot your password?" link when signing in. You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password and unlock your account.
How long will it take for my exchange or return to be processed?
We process returns within 14 days after we receive your return or exchange. If your refund is for store credit, it will be available immediately after your return is processed.
You’re out of a particular size or color that I like; can I be notified when it arrives?
Yes! Just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be sure to get back to you as soon as it becomes available again.
What are the washing instructions?
Each product has an inside label with detailed washing instructions. Please pay careful attention to these instructions as they are specifically written to ensure lasting quality of your TAYLRD clothing. For most of our products made from cotton, the washing instructions are straightforward: wash with like colors in cold water and tumble dry on low, or air dry. Certain products may require more specific care - check the label inside first before washing! As long as the prescribed care instructions for each item is followed, your TAYLRD clothing should maintain their great shape and fit after many wash-cycles.

We currently produce our products in USA, Sri Lanka, United and China, and are very proud to partner with local factories who comply with all human rights standards and are leaders in production quality.
